Thank you for choosing Jamia-tul-Hassan Online for your Quran and Islamic studies. Because our courses are digital products, our return process works a little differently from physical goods.

Digital Products

Once a course has been purchased and accessed, we generally do not offer returns, as this applies to all digital course materials including videos and documents.

Exceptions

• Technical issues — if significant technical difficulties prevent you from accessing course material, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue or provide a refund.
• Unauthorized purchases — if you believe your account was used without authorization, contact us immediately.

Refund Process

If you believe you’re eligible under the exceptions above, contact our admissions team at admin@ehsanraza.com within 30 days of purchase, including your name, email, course name and a brief description of the issue.
