We are committed to providing high-quality online Quran and Islamic courses, and we want every student to have a valuable learning experience. We understand there may be situations where a refund is appropriate.
When Refunds Are Considered
- Course content issues — technical issues or discrepancies in course content that significantly affect your learning experience, reported within 30 days of enrollment.
- Unsatisfactory experience — if the course does not meet reasonable expectations despite genuine effort to engage with the material, within 30 days of enrollment.
- Duplicate purchase — accidental duplicate payments are refunded once verified.
Conditions
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing may take 7–10 business days.
- Requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date, except in exceptional circumstances.
How to Request a Refund
Contact our admissions team at admin@ehsanraza.com with your name, email address, course name, and the reason for your request. We'll review it and respond promptly.
